Account and Data Deletion
You may permanently delete your Hot Flow account and associated personal information through your Hot Flow account.
Through the Hot Flow Website
Log in to your Hot Flow account.
Go to Profile.
Select Personal Information.
Select Delete Account.
Enter your password and confirm the permanent deletion.
Through the Hot Flow Mobile Application
Open the Hot Flow app and log in.
Select the Profile icon.
Select Personal Information.
Select Delete Account.
Enter your password and confirm the permanent deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
An account cannot be deleted while it has upcoming reservations, pending orders, or an active membership. If you are unable to delete your account because one of these conditions applies, contact us at info@hotflowfitnessstudio.com for assistance.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you complete the account deletion process, your account will be permanently removed through our account management system.
We will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account within a reasonable period, except for information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
