What is a heated studio?

At Hot Flow, classes are held in a heated environment designed to enhance your movement experience. The warmth can help increase flexibility, improve circulation, and create an energizing, sweat-inducing workout. Paired with intentional movement and mindful breathing, the heat helps create a unique experience that strengthens both body and mind.
